I went there on Thursday with my son's scooter, which had a problem. The owner welcomed me very warmly. Three days later, the scooter was repaired for a more than reasonable price and without replacing any unnecessary parts. Impeccable, honest, and efficient after-sales service. Highly recommended.

Great service. I had a flat tire and was able to replace it in less than a day for a reasonable price. They also have a FedEx service if needed (not used personally).

Received my scooter yesterday, assembly was relatively easy and the scooter is very stable and easy to ride. Compared to other models, I love its turn signals! I hope it lasts a long time!

I bought the T2 and I encountered a very painful point: the wheel behind is very difficult to pump up by myself because of the brak placed before the pipette of the wheel (wrongly touhought in the original design I guess) . I need to find a professional to do it and it needs to be checked regularly to avoid flat tyres (and expensive reparation). Disappointed. For the rest, Ok.

Six months after the purchase of my e-scooter T2, there was a problem with the folding mechanism at the bottom of the handlebars, so that the handlebars would no longer engage and therefore did not stay straight. I contacted the company itself and was allowed to immediately bring my e-scooter in for repair, which was already in order after about 4 days. They have not been difficult to install a new folding mechanism.
