I bought the black KX 200 cb model in June 2019. The scooter has shown starting problems... for a few days. In short: I brought her to the seller (Jobikes) to request assistance 6 times in 4 months. Each time with a different problem: I took photos and videos. The manufacturer asked for an appointment with me and recognized his despite problems. After this appointment, I continued to have problems with the engine, starting, the doorbell ... and finally the manufacturer, pressed by the seller, decided to replace the scooter. In short: after only 15km, the scooter is dead. Now I need assistance but the seller has interrupted his collaboration with the manufacturer (for his terrible after sales service) and to get it I have to go to Oppen (outside Brussels) and I am without a car. Shame!read more
